The IFEX fixed installations, with long range cannons, and in combination advance electronic software and all kind of automatic sensors, provide a solid solution with immediate results. For example the Gol stave church, Hallingdal Norway, which is off wooden construction and always at danger due to many visitors, is protected since 1996 by a fixed installation by four IFEX impulse extinguishing cannons.
